Levels of Membership

Standard Membership in CAIEDA is reserved for companies operating strictly as independent dealers and who have established a reputation for integrity and ethical business practices.

These members are dealers who market farm and heavy equipment independently and are committed to professionalism, service, and long-term relationships across the California market.

Associate Membership is designed for companies that provide products, services, support, financing, logistics, technology, or other value to dealer members.

CAIEDA encourages dealer members to work with associate members whenever opportunities arise, creating stronger partnerships and mutual value across the network.

Applications are reviewed before membership is offered.

Manufacturer Membership is intended for firms engaged in the manufacture and sale of equipment, attachments, or related systems serving the farm and heavy equipment industry.

This level is ideal for manufacturers looking to build stronger relationships with independent dealers and expand professional connections within the CAIEDA community.

Portable Manufacturer Membership applies to manufacturers of attachments, hand-held equipment, towed equipment without self-power systems, and similar product categories.

This level is designed specifically for manufacturers who want to connect with reputable independent dealers and participate in a trusted association network.

Component Manufacturer Membership is for manufacturers of components and parts. It is intended for businesses with a proven record of ethical business decisions and a strong interest in building relationships with dealers in the CAIEDA network.

Sponsor Level Affiliation recognizes support from organizations and businesses that may not qualify as independent dealers but want to support the association and its mission.

This level is especially suited to OEM-related businesses, equipment manufacturers, auction companies, and industry-specific organizations that want visibility and affiliation with CAIEDA.
